Hey.
A few announcements.
My astrology and tarot books are open, and I’m taking clients, new and old, for June, and will then be closed until autumn.
I’m teaching a class called COSMIC RIGOR: ART, POETRY, AND ASTROLOGY online via the Morbid Anatomy Museum (July 9-30). You can come to the live classes or get the recordings after. It will kind of be like Cosmic Edges, the newsletter, but in class format. With trippy slides, per usual, and topics covered will include: H.D.’s astral poetry, the cosmic visions of Yeats, Breton, surrealism, psychoanalysis, and astrology as threshold knowledge. Do come!
And finally, my first novel, Vivienne, is available for preorder.

Today, a major astrological moment: Jupiter enters Gemini, one of two Mercury-ruled signs. What will Jupiter (who spends about a year in each sign) do while here in Mercury’s berserk and clever zone?
Jupiter in Gemini: Curiosity and cults. Religion on the internet. Decisions and devotions hidden in endless strings of signs and symbols. In a pile of ramble, travel, mania—-an answer. If. And what if. And how. And why. And. Um. And. Etc. Oh! Angels and demons are the most famous outgrowths of Mercury, who can turn (us) both towards the Light and away. Now slowcrawling toward revelation, now speedfreaking back and forth into bad infinitude….
Mercury offers Jupiter heady hospitality charged by language tricks, effervescence and so many questions. How does a shaman, priest, or teacher handle getting put through the ringer? Or how do we find God, Philosophy, a Path Forward inside a quirkily decorated room teeming with mirrors and media?
